The first Harekaze was super stealthy (and people were pretty fond of her back then) for a Tier VIII DD and the second one looks to repeat that. In contrast is the original HSF Harekaze that came out years ago. Looks like an IJN DD hull but with German 150mm x3. Found her on Fitting Tool as a test ship here. I was curious to see what Arashi was, since WG said Harekaze II will be based off that.
